The World's #1 Forum For Anything To Do With Buying And Selling Websites
Forums can be a very powerful source of information, advice and contacts if you know how to tap to the rich seam of expertise and experience often found in them - and I'm surprised at just how often people don't know how to maximise the results they get. Whether you're looking for technical advice on using your iphone or due dilgence help on a business you're looking to buy, you can get free help that would cost you hundreds - or thousands - if you approached experts directly.
I"m beginning to wonder. Earlier this week I uploaded some new training videos. They weren't working.
I emailed support for the member site script. They suggested something vaguely relevant which did not work. After thinking about it, I realize the videos WERE working before so I could not see how it could be a problem with the member script. It's more like a hosting problem.
I finally got around to chatting with my hosting support. They had to escalate the problem.
Not much to report this week. Got the site updated finally. I've been worried about getting complaints due to the fact that I'm not adding as much product as was added before but so far so good.
Meanwhile I'm trying to add some more "how to" stuff to the site.
And I'm getting ready to publish my third issue of the ezine I started to promote the site. I have not heavily promoted the ezine yet as I wanted to get some issues. Something about a "new" publication

Well first off, I got wrapped up in a couple of other projects so I didn't devote as much time as I would like on the site. Still don't have much in the way of a new marketing plan... at least on paper.
Meanwhile, I found out my file server dumped a number of my files. I spent a great deal of time hammering that out. The gist of it is it looks like most of the providers for this new "cloud" technology don't have the bugs worked out. Meanwhile, if I make any substantial changes,
