Help Me Value My Forums

Hey guys,

I currently run a gaming news website that takes roughly an hour a day (22 hours a month) to maintain, but I've had 30+ offers from people offering to help maintain the website for FREE if you want. The website also has a forum community of 2,500+ registered members with 200 or so of them being considered "active members." The forum contains over 120,000 posts and we've been live since September 22, 2009.

As for traffic stats, we average roughly 2,250 UV per day and we've managed to hit 23,000 UV in a day as well. Most days, the standard is basically 2,250-3,500 UVs or so.

As for Organic Traffic: the website received roughly 1,000UV through Search Engines each day.

Monthly, we receive at the minimum 100,000 UV in a 30-day window and have had as many as 275,000 in a month as well.

Traffic from September 21st 2009 to August 22nd, 2010: 1,491,000 Visitors, 5,160,000 Page Views.

Pageviews range from 8,000/day to 30,000/day and we generally average 300,000+/month.

We also provide a YouTube Channel that has been running for 4 months now and has accrued 1,200 subscribers to date with pretty much zero promotional work of the channel.

Our Alexa ranking is roughly 115,000.

Currently the site has thousands upon thousands of indexed pages on Google, Bing, Yahoo, MSN, AOL and Ask.

I believe we're a PR5 and our Compete Rank is 90,000 or so.
