    Professional Web?

The .pw domain is being revived - Dynadot are plugging it!

It is a ccTLD for a country that is almost as populous as the Orkney Islands.

WTH, the charges are reasonable compared with ICANN domains, and it might be useful to someone who covets a particular name but can't afford a more orthodox extension.

There are so many extensions now I think its got to the point where its helping the bigger ones.

Take trust, there is no way I would buy or enter genuine information via a .pw website.

Indeed. I even have a hard time with .net asking for info. Only thing it would be good for is redirects and shortcuts.

Thanks for the laugh. I love Dynadot's sales spiel.

We recommend registering a .PW domain to protect your brand. If you don't register it, someone else will and it is much more difficult and expensive to get a domain once it is already owned.
Just for fun I checked to see if CommissionJunction .pw was available. It is. For a brief moment I was tempted - it would only cost $4.99. But there's probably some trademarking issue involved, and anyway I already own a 'sucks' site.

I see from the Similar Threads box near the bottom of the page that grynge got there in January

Kay, wouldn't CJ.pw be an oxymoron?
