Are Adsense sites as risky as affiliate sites?

I think the advise you have been gave here about Adsense Sites is spot on - there is a risk in every business purchase but generally speaking if a website is useful, provides a decent service etc it is a fair bet it will continue to perform well. Maybe instead of just looking a the Stats you should ask yourself is this a useful website? Is there value here? That plus history (how long established) is the things I pay most attention to.

That said -- as Clinton mentioned, perfectly good sites do end up getting banned from time to time. I am sure you know this -- but I will say it any way, there are no guarantee that any business will continue to perform as it did previously -- that is just something we all have to accept and factor in when making our offers
