Strange Traffic Stats

Check out the traffic stats on this Flippa auction. I thought I was impressed by 99.63% bounce rate.

Then I looked further down at the bit that says average time spent on site = 0. Now that is impressive.

With a bit of work I'm sure the seller could get the bounce rate up to 99.9%

Do these kind of stats suggest something like a traffic exchange? Or something else?

I betcha if they put up a blank page with one of those "under construction" gifs - especially something really obnoxious - like with a flashing red light - they could get max out the bounce rate.

So I take it no matter how high I'm willing to go - you are planning to outbid me?
