I can't disclose the company, but if you can run and grow affiliate programs, do SEO well, can run Google adwords campaigns at an expert level, etc., the owner of this business is willing to pay very well.

I am looking for a Director of Sales and Marketing for Joomlashack, my
company.

Joomlashack is a well respected PR8 site I recently acquired, with over 330k
unique visitors a month and a wonderful reputation in the "Joomlaverse".
Despite the impressive online presence, the company has never had a single
(capable and efficient) person dedicated to develop the many marketing
opportunities available. Having never owned an online business, I am
looking for a director of sales and marketing that will know in which
directions to take us and will know how to capitalize on these oportunities.

My ideal candidate should be able to write blog posts about joomla, run
viral/social media campaigns, build automated email campaigns, write
marketing copy, organize and implement at least 4 well-coordinated product
launches per month, develop a successfull affiliate program, generate
affiliate revenue from other companies products, build business
partnerships, assist instrumentally in mergers and acquisitions, manage the
