Yes, for basic transactions. If there are any copyrights or trademarks that need to be transferred, escrow.com does not really provide for that. Escrow.com uses the domain name as the holdback while the funds are being transferred so the seller is happy because the buyer has to put the money in escrow before the domain gets transferred and the buyer is happy because their funds do not get sent out of escrow.com until the domains are transferred over.
If a buyer wants more than just a domain to be transferred, the buyer and seller usually agree beforehand on the terms of the transfer.
