WJP11, anyone wanting a valuation needs to disclose certain information in his post. I haven't seen your Flippa listing so don't know whether it does indeed include all the details we require here, but I'm going to follow a policy of requiring the details to be local rather than on some third party site (which page could change in future or get deleted). Thanks.
