Hello folks, selling my site?

Hello everyone

I'm new here, I was referred here by Clinton and basically have a site I'd like to maybe sell...

I just don't have the time to put into it as things never worked out the way I wanted with other things so the free time I had hoped for never happened.

Anyway, before I list it I was wondering what's the best place/way to list a website for sale and does anyone have any tips on important information I should include to best sell the site. Not looking for any major profit from the sale, if I got my money back for what I paid to have it built and that I'd be happy... last thing I want is for it to go offline as I still think it's a pretty good idea and relativly cheap to run with hardly any hours needed for it's running.

Hi JAY2010, and welcome to experienced-people.net

The best place to list would depend on the type of site, the price it's likely to achieve etc. For example, if it were an adult site you couldn't list at Flippa. If it were likely to sell at $500K, DP audience may not be your best bet.

Feel free to start a thread in the Website Selling section telling us some more about the site, how much it is making etc., and then we could chip in with opinions on where would be the best place to sell and how to go about it.
