I'm going to let this thread run - without the link - because I've just spotted something I'd like to share: the transpact.com domain is owned by the same person in this thread promoting the TrustedFriend escrow service. I've provided reasons there why there's something that doesn't quite smell right about the outfit. Two companies owned by the same person both running escrow services? I believe he actually has one or two more. That alone is suspicious.

Nick Sun, you need to PM me to keep this account. If you're from transpact yourself, I'm going to ban you for spamming this forum. If you're not I'd like to welcome you and talk about how best you can gain from this forum.

If you don't reply I'll assume that you really are from the same bunch of spammers as the TrustedFriend I outed here.

TrustedFriend sent me a PM to say that Nick Sun has nothing to do with them. After some investigation, I believe he may be right.

I invited TrustedFriend to post in this thread, but it doesn't look like he's taking the invitation. And he still hasn't replied in the previous thread to the allegation that he doesn't have any formal approval for the escrow part of his business, that all he has approval for is handling funds remittances - not the same thing. Until I hear otherwise from him I'll take it that transpact.com doesn't have any such approval either

His opinion is that there's nothing odd or suspicious with a single person running multiple escrow companies in this case. We'll have to agree to disagree on that.

He adds that they are extremely careful about how they post in forums now so as not to spam. And that he's in talks with Flippa to provide escrow services.

See the thread on this forum at http://experienced-people.net/forums...-trusted/page4, where it is ascertained that Transpact.com is a genuine FSA and HMRC registered company.
