I dip in here whenever i get 5 mins which isnt that often!

If i had a summary of whats going on emailed to me, it would def encourage me to pop back more often.

I think i'd get the most use out of a brief but regular summary e-mail, nothing too fancy, just enough to brush over the highlights week by week so that i know whether the site has covered something relevant to my own interests and research. This would certainly beat popping in and out of multiple posts to see if its a discussion I might want to take part in.
