    Gday what a refreshing forum.

    Howdy from Sydney Australia,

Just want to note the quality of content here for a free forum, you only really find content this good in a paid and motivated community. (hats off to Clinton)

Very interested in buying and selling (or holding) virtual property.

I make a nice and tidy 6 figure income offline world, consulting with b&M's with their online marketing.

My only real dabble in sites has been for clients. My biggest success would be purchasing a site from a business that had gone broke for my biggest client, that within a few days and a few tweaks was number one for their main keyword with 29million competing pages, and to top it off they made their money back within 2 weeks....cheeky

However I see the massive potential in the online web space.

I see the biggest money to be made in the upper markets selling networks of sites to large corporates.

I know this is a possibility because I run a national campaign here in Australia where we have adopted the multiple site network model to uber success.

My old man is a business valuer and also property developer so I garner most of my idea's and strategies of his offline real estate knowledge combined with my technical skills to develop the assets.

Anyway I am keen to learn and implement the right strategies.

    Jock

Welcome to experienced-people, Jock. I see you've made a great start with some very interesting posts

Which part of Sydney are you in? I'm visiting there later this year.

I know this is a possibility because I run a national campaign here in Australia where we have adopted the multiple site network model to uber success.
Can you tell us any more about this?

    G'day Jock,

Always like to here from down under.

    Hey Clinton,

I've got a mate in Tumbarumba (NSW) 500 km SW of Sidney. I hear it's pretty country down there. He spends his summer watching for fires from a tower but if your timing is right, I'm sure he'd invite you over for a cuppa. (If you get to the states, you're welcome here too.)

    Andy

    Cheers

Clinton, let me explain the why not, the what, and I think everyone will get a better understand and be able to apply it to their own businesses, in whatever form needed.

There is nothing stopping you cloning what is already working and taking out the top 10 positions

For example if you own the top site for "sheep dog training" and it is generating x sales per month for that key phrase. no-one is stopping you build 10 sites for that same keyword and take out the top 10 positions.

Jay Abraham teaches that one tactic.

You can also see it throughout corpoate companies. Take mercedes for example. They have a strong position in the high end luxury market. And just recently they have moved down into the economy market as well with the c class etc. models. That is another example of mass market domaination....."do more of what works" as Jay abraham would say.

So the client that I have we have 1 mother ship site, and a second mothership site. and then multiple sister sites for different keywords and different geographical areas.

The campaign is quite youg but the results have been outstanding so far and I see will continue to get stronger as the campaign takes and they get more market dominance.
