Quick question- with profit of over $16k a month for a pretty much zero maintenence site, why do you want to sell?

I believe the $16,000 is what he made over the course of a year, not a month.

Marc, it seems like a nice site. If the Adsense eCPM and EPC aren't trending downwards, I expect you could see $20-$25K in bidding at Flippa.

That's without doing a detailed analysis of the business and/or the risks. That said, I can see forum specialists pay up to 36x your monthly earnings for this site.

    Welcome to experienced-people.net, BTW.

I haven't done anything to the site in years, but the Adsense income is stable on average.

mgallone, I want to sell to use the money for other projects.

Clinton, do you think Flippa is the best place to sell my site? Thanks.

If you were buying my site specifically, what kind of info do you need?

JockP, I have all the proof dating back more than two years for both earnings (Adsense) and traffic stats (Google Analytics). However, I think the most recent year is what buyers are interested in.
