    I enjoyed your reply, but it was only afterwards that I noticed your comment about ISIS. That's seriously not funny. I'll not elaborate on that point.

    Let's get back on topic - except we can't unless we know if it's a turnkey or what the heck it is.

    Absolutely not,i had pretty much come to that conclusion before i started this thread.I just wanted confirmation from people that know a lot more about this than i do,also the reasons why.

    dodger, you made the right decision. I know exactly the offer you mean. They've been three such businesses advertising on businessesforsale, Daltons and other such places for many years now. One even claims to be a "franchise". Two of them have paid adverts with these marketplaces and have other arrangements to push/recommend their products.

    I know of nobody who has made money with these sites.

    As I said, wise decision.
    Find the right business brokers to maximise the value you extract from your business and improve the chances of selling your business.

    Some of these template/turnkeys have automated the live content. They pull local weather, local news etc., from various sources which makes these turnkeys look very slick and up-to-date.
