Need to sell 3 fully functional websites.

Hi. I'm trying to sell three websites that I've had for a while now, urbanskaters.com I've had for nearly 6 years (along with the .co.uk as well) , mytubestop.co.uk which is about 3 years old and ratemybistro.co.uk which is about 2 years old.

All three sites get a decent amount of hits per month, without any advertising. But I'm just stuck on how to pitch them. Would you peeps be able to take a look at each and then give me your feedback on how you'd pitch them for sale.. What price I should be looking at etc..

We could talk about how to pitch them once we know what the salient selling points are The main ones with buyers seem to be the revenue the site is taking, the expenses and the amount of time and skill required to maintain the site. Could you tell us some more about those?

What price I should be looking at

If you want a valuation you'll have to start a new thread in the valuation section and meet the rules for that section so in here we'll stick to discussing the pitch and how to go about selling.
