Avid Amiri Website Valuation Service

Some of you may remember Avid Amiri from his ecommerce and Fair e-tail threads. It looks like he's taken a domain last month to start a new website valuation service. The site is still in lorem ipsum stage, but I'm keen to see what he comes up with as he's a very experienced webmaster and businessman.

I don't agree with his valuation methods (and as he also sells sites I see the same conflict of interest that I see with Flippa providing "education"), but it will make for some interesting debate.

I'll be interested to see if he has any buyers standing behind these valuations, because the valuations he expects (and seems to get) for his own sites seem to be out of whack with most of the market.
