I did some digging.

These are different templates he's selling all at $197. He guarantees
- the site will get to #1 for the keyword in three weeks
- the site will get PR in three weeks
- the site will be a PR4 in three months
- if you pay him $20 a month he'll keep getting you "high PR" links
- in three months the site's value will rise to $5,000 (if you take his $20 service)

How come they're selling for $200-$300 a go?
