How about Pat Flynn's Smart Passive Income site? For some reason this guy seems trustworthy, and I like the way he offers a lot of information for free.
How about WA University? Can someone tell me if their deal for hosting 10 sites for free is any good?
I've had a look around Pat Flynn's site briefly and it did seem like he was genuine and offering useful information. I don't know about the WA University site and I can't get a look at it without logging in, in some shape or form which I'm not about to do right now.
