Two ways to sell your non-selling site:
    1. Lower the Price
    2. Raise the profit claim

This site at Flippa. He's listed it eight times before. In the last few listings he claimed that the site was earning $2,100 per month. Nobody was buying.

So he's raised the revenue claim to get you more interested and is now claiming $5K per month.

Except that he's still making only $2,100. Hey, but it got you looking, didn't it?

There are so many inconsistent statements in that auction that I don't even know where to begin picking it apart.

Hopefully Flippa is alerted to the problems and pulls the auction. I don't blame Flippa for the stupidity of some of the sellers there, but if someone looks at that listing for 10 seconds, they could see that it is either a scam or very poorly written, and should not be displayed to the public.

DomainMagnate, you are right that people aren't interested in service business for sale on Flippa, but that is way down the list of reasons that the site won't sell.
