    Introduction

Hi all, just thought I'd introduce myself here. Just registered today but have been an active obsever for some time since I came across Clinton's site and felt the urge to email him to say how great it was.

I doubt I'll be a great source of information for anybody - I started building a few sites about a year ago and have used my little skills to help local charitable organisations by building and producing theirs. I hope to be as reglular poster as I have been a regular reader and maybe learn enough to put something tangable back into the community.

My interets are all things web from commercial to social and charitable, however I'm still at the begining of the learning curve. Expertise lies in project management, sociology and government - not sure this will come in handy here.

I look forward to talking to you all.

    JJ

Hi JJ, welcome to the forum!

I'm sure you'll find a ton of information to help you here, and become a better webmaster for it.

I've done a few sites for local charities as well. I provide free hosting for some charity websites on one of my dedicated servers. Maybe I can assist with your charities?

That should add an interesting perspective to this board.

Sure, I do the same. I've got a project for a local Nursery (Registered Charity not a business) at the min just waiting for them to pass on some pictures. I find it nice to help out pass on my limited skills and tbh for anyone reading hosting for a local charity or community org makes you feel good and doesn't really cost much.

Give something back is what I say
