Exclusive: Forex site, $200K earnings

Exclusive to this forum - a site that's not been offered for sale anywhere else.

I've been privately approached by the owner of a Forex site to assist with its sale. The site is well established (I've checked) and has earnings in excess of $200,000 pa (I've not checked) and annual uniques in excess of two million (not checked). It also has a large mailing list and other assets.

This is not everyone's cup of tea but if you're an interested buyer, drop me a PM with your details.

This will be out of my price range. I would have thought that this site would look nice sitting next to your other recent acquisition! Being a known broker, you must be in a good position to get in there first with an offer, not just on this site, but on every site that sellers approach you about.

I've no more money to spend, I've invested (gambled?) too much in the last year

From helping that terminally ill woman in SP who needed urgent cash for her whole portfolio ...to buying that finance network recently, I've blown all the spare cash.

Neither have I the time at present to take on something like this.

BTW, I'm not a "broker", known or otherwise. Have never been a website broker. In fact, I've passed on the odd broker enquiry to known brokers on this site.

I do invest and, yes, people approach me directly via my website. When they do I either give them advice or tell them I can't advise them because I'm interested in the site myself i.e. conflict of interest.

When I start a thread here about a site for sale it's because I'm not in the running to buy it myself. I'm not guaranteeing that I'll list every site that anyone approaches me about or every great discovery I find on Flippa or elsewhere. Neither would you

Clinton you say you have a website (is that besides this one), where you maybe go over the sites you own and how they are doing? Would be itneresting to read about your portfolio if you do. But understandable if you dont because you want to keep things private

nEquity, I've been buying websites for the better part of the last decade and have a seven figure sum invested in web businesses. In my own name I have two limited companies that invest in websites. I share 50% of the ownership of another investment company with someone who's a member of this forum.

But analysing individual sites, what I did on them, how much they are earning etc., is for the probloggers and shoemoneys of this world. With a bit of detective work you should be able to identify about 10% of the other sites I own if you're really that curious. I believe I've shared enough on this site and via my posts in SP and experienced-people.net
