The mark of the enthusiast is that he isn't focused on selling you his product but on selling you his enthusiasm. To that end Avinash doesn't hestitate to recommend third party tools like the survey company he mentioned.
Imagine this same pitch by the usual MMO internet marketers: It would be all about GA and how fancy GA is, not about how the user can fit GA in with other tools to derive maximum advantage.
