    Font Garden for sale

What do people think of this some things that stick out for me are the Tribal Fusion payouts

If you check the requirements to join Tribal Fusion are they want 500,000 unique visitors per month the font site only has 33,000 total for the month according to GA,
Next the tribal fusion image shows 300,000 ad impressions but as far as I can see the site only has 190,000 page impressions this would mean the ad appears 2 times for every page load? I checked the code and it seems to be a popup that only shows once per visit to the site.

Would I be correct in thinking that his Tribal Fusion income could be for network of sites rather than this individual site?

If you were to buy the site would you require the tribal fusion account to be included in the deal?

Well spotted, grynge, and one good way to put the truth in the claims to a test. Contradicting stats can sometimes be explained, but more often that not they are the result of a seller knowingly or unknowingly making mistakes in compiling the figures.

Looking at the page source, the popunders appear to be Valueclick ads, and the internal pages that I looked at have 3 Tribal fusion banners on them, so the totals claimed don't look out of the ordinary to me. Also, the banner at the top of the homepage is ADSDAQ, which he mentioned as well. I didn't dig through each page to see which networks are placed where, but centralizing the ad management by using something like OpenX could optimize the impressions displayed to each visitor and increase revenue.

I have several sites approved by Tribal Fusion, including a couple that I don't even use their ads on anymore because I signed an exclusive deal with a better ad network, and they haven't said anything to me in the last 18 months about a lack of ad impressions on any site. Their requirements are very strict to get in, but they don't seem to keep an eye on their existing sites to make sure they are still meeting the entry requirements these days. They might review the site when the buyer tries to take over the account and notice the low impressions, but I wouldn't worry about it too much because their CPM rates aren't anything special any more, and you can make approval into Tribal Fusion a condition to completion of the purchase.
