Not great on Page Rank, but I've checked the stats and had login to the seller's affiliate accounts and they seem to be earning $1,000 - $1,500 per month ($1,700 for December).

He should be willing to accept $4000 - $5000.

Other Notes: Seems highly reliant on fatcow's generous program of $100 per customer. Payment 60 days net sucks. No paid promotion seems to have been done but some of those past sales could have been driven by efforts in social networks, forums like DP etc. He seems to have done a lot of directory submission (directory subs seem a waste of time to me).

Considered these some time ago (think I found them originally by pming the seller through a thread on dp), but I couldn't quite verify traffic sources, so decided to pass. They don't have many links, so traffic is probably not from seo.
But if you can figure how he gets the traffic and it's something that can be sustainable - then it's a great deal.

I did a search and didn't see these listed for sale in DP but I could be wrong. No idea about traffic. He doesn't seem to have Analytics. But he does have awstats which I logged into briefly. Didn't look too closely, just saw the monthly figures. Maybe he can disclose more referrer info via screenshots.

I would have voiced an opinion on whether it's a good deal or not but that may detract from the disclaimer. Already I've had 6 PMs over the last few days with people asking my personal opinion on sites listed in BSTE or trying to get me to help them decide. They're not from the more experienced buyers, of course. To help others maybe I should add to the sticky that this free service isn't me volunteering to provide more free services, and point them to the due diligence resources thread where those here who want to do DD are listed.

Yeah many people don't list the url on DP, just some general details in the thread, so you'd pm them later. This one, also the seller emailed me few weeks ago about TheFatcowReview.com, he wanted $700 for it
