My friend Daniel is selling a well established site with over $16k per year in profit, 3+ years revenue history, tons of unique content and lots of stats to go by.
Besides the regular adsense earnings I think it also has the potential to earn much more if you're willing to work harder on monetization: sign up some private advertisers, hotels affiliates, selling branded products with the burj logo and glass models of the tower etc.
