how can i make money while im just surfing or just commenting or blogging the net?

Sadly, there is not a lot which can be done by just surfing. There are 2 options which would be available to you, though I am not sure I would recommend either very highly.

The first - slightly more than just surfing would be paid survey sites. However, I would not count on earning much from these, as they pay pretty poorly (£3 per survey, £1 for some etc), so not fantastic money. Some advise if you do use this route however, make your 'profile' as broad as you possibly can. The surveys are sent to people based on age, location (can't do much about these), interests and work.

The second, and again I would not be planning on huge amounts from this, but there are (or used to be) toolbars which flash adverts at the footer of your screen for this kind of thing. I would be very sceptical about installing any software on my computer though, so make sure you source replutable 'ad bars'

Finally, a few other things to consider - you mentioned commenting on blogs. Do you run a blog? If so, have you monetised it? Again, the simple answer here is to sign up to something like adwords. However, you may find the rewards a little more attractive if you contact the companies who would likely advertise directly. I have posted on another thread about how I don't trust the Adwords program, however it could be a good starting point (there are other ways to exploit google, but you risk breaking thier rules and getting the account closed if found out, so steer clear).

There are a few other things which you can do on line (i.e. from home, your local star bucks etc), but it depends on whether you want to actually do work or just surf. I do have some links, but I don't really want to put them in here as there are rules about posting links in forums. However if you PM me I would be happy to share.

I also have another 'fun' method of making a little cash on line, although I would only share this if you 1) promise to be very disciplined with it and stick to the plan exactly, and 2) only see this as a quick fast way to get started and say 'I made £XXXX online'. It is nothing rude or illegal, but it does carry something of an added satisfaction to it! Again, apologies for being a little vague here, but I dont want to break any forum rules.
