The company may not be trading/does not need the site any more.
There is a lot of competition among advertisers for the cleaning keywords this site targets. The site does not have a lot of backlinks but it does have one from DMOZ! Should be easy to build from there.
Assume no earnings and therefore low price. May make a nice starter site for someone who wants to stick some cleaning related articles and some ads on the site, do a bit of promotion and leave to simmer.
