    rob, it's true what you say about people spending their own money. But then isn't it up to stockholders, not us, to object when management is wasting bucks?

    Perhaps stockholders see it as brand building, networking, lobbying or some other marketing related activity and are perfectly happy with the spend.

    In a twisted kind of way, directors splashing cash around and enjoying luxury perks is a great advert for the health and prosperity of the company.

    It might suggest that but as long as it generates the kind of money that it does, it's not going to change. If anything, it's getting worse.
