No, I don't - because I don't fully understand what to do or why to do it. I tend to steer clear of things I don't know how to use. I didn't use the rep star for ages because I didn't understand its function. Same with the "Blog this Post" icon, I've never used that.
I'll quite happily use tags on a blog posting but they're unfamiliar to me on forums. Maybe some of our learned friends would care to explain if there are any SEO or other benefits of using them.

I almost never tag a post, the truth of the matter is that within a set taxonomy for tags I think they are pretty useless in the real world.
Looked into Tags to determine whether they are useful. Turns out that Tags are implemented as a vBulletin search feature. They don't serve any SEO function.

Mind you, vB search isn't that hot. I often use Google site:experienced-people.net + keyword to find things on here.

LOL! I find the same thing with Wiki - if I want to read something on Wiki, it's easier to search for it on G.
