I would like to sell my website -

LawOfAttractionSingles dot com and UnityPlanet dot com - these form one website.

Site is 11 years old
Revenue is about 15000 per month
Expenses are around 4120 per month
income has been increasing steadily for the last 12 months
Amount of time to run the site is about 4 hours, mostly bookkeeping.
Around 19000 unique visitors per month and
around 190000 page views
100% of income is membership with recurring income, no adsense.
We have started an affiliate program and have about 100 hand selected affiliates in our niche - we're looking forward to what affect this may have on our income.

That sounds like an interesting site you've got there, but you need to be a bit clearer with your figures. What currency is that 15,000 a month? 4 hours of work per day, per month or per year?

Which country do most of your visitors come from?

That's an awesome revenue figure from just memberships. You do not need to disclose too much here but what form of revenue proof would you offer a buyer?

Going by what I saw on your site I suspect you also have a large database of those who filled in the form on your homepage. I suggest you provide some details on the size and quality of the database as well as buyers often see value in the list.

Let me answer some of your questions:
The currency is US
4 hours a month of bookkeeping
We are in dozens of countries but primarily in English speaking countries with the majority in the US, then Canada and UK and Australia and New Zealand
All income comes thru our merchant account so I have merchant statements going back 11 years.
Our email list is about 42000 and is squeaky clean with long term automatic follow ups with upgrade offers all along the way.

I have just created a huge affiliate shopping mall (approx 15 sub sites) within the same niche and wondering if they should be sold together or separate.

I would like to learn all I can to prepare the sites for sale.

A site that size with that history should probably be sold through a broker, especially given your lack of experience. A good one will be able to help you prepare for the sale and maximize your value.
