Due Diligence Help

Attention all due diligence experts,

I received a call from someone yesterday day who was referred to me for some due diligence help. Even though I do some due diligence myself, I do not have the expertise that some of you do on this forum.

This gentleman is purchasing a website for six figures and while he is quite knowledgeable on the finances side of things, he lacks experience in the website side of things. He is already under LOI with the seller, so he would like to move things along quickly.

Can anyone here help him out? He is willing to pay for this service, although I am not sure how much.
