Really need help selling website/turnkey package - please value this for me [Adult Site]

This website has some adult content, scraped from YouTube. This basically is an autoblog, monetised by a content locker:

The traffic comes from search engines and twitter mainly. There will be a months worth of support with the website and instructions on how to run it and monetise it. There are also instructions on how to increase the earnings on the site. This in effect is a turnkey business with potential to make much more per month, however, I need to sell this asap. The main source of income is through CPA, however adsense has not been tried with this yet.

Have you had any issues with copyright holders, hosts, or a government because of the content?

Why are you selling?

At first glance, I wouldn't take the site if you paid me because it is illegal on several levels where I live, but others might not have the same level of concern that I do about those things.

There would be no expenses, would use my reseller hosting. No issue with copyrighting, everything is scraped from youtube. I'm selling because I need money now..

You didn't mention the amount of time required for promotion and maintenance.

If you need to sell it now, put it up for auction at DigitalPoint in their adult section, or try Craigslist (pick a few major cities, not just your local one). Flippa and eBay won't let you sell sites with adult content.

I think you'll get several hundred for it at best because of the issues I mentioned previously and your short timeframe.

How much of time does it take to run ... and how much of time would it take to implement your plan of increasing earnings?

I would be worried to use Adsense with this site because it has adult content! They are very down on that.
