Claims gross revenue of $10K a month, net of $5K a month and claims to be an established site that's a year old. Listed by Miss. There are extensive attachments with "proof" of earnings.

Then the original developer comes along and says

As the web designer who created the template for this business, not only did I not know it was going to be used in this manner, but this user removed my link from the site which is against our terms that were agreed to.
But what you should be really aware of is I just set up the design on this site a WEEK ago and at that time there were NO products, categories, or sales on the site at that time. The screenshots of the list of orders is completely fake.

Miss refuted the allegations and reported the comment according to her latest post in the thread. However, the listing is now showing as "Listing suspended by administrator".

That was deleted. But I like returning to these older listings now and again and checking out the seller too.

Miss has listed several sites since the above and, must admit, the new Flippa rules makes it harder to scam revenue and she's not claiming any earnings on her/his listings anymore.

I wonder why that auction got deleted. I would have thought the need for proper auditing would be greater than the need to fake your prestige.
