Tip: Don't reply. I know, I know, it's tempting when someone wants to take it at BIN. And that's what the scammers are counting on - your greed. If you do reply what you typical get is an affiliate link to an ID check site. If you click and prove your ID you'll have fallen for the scam. You'll never hear from that buyer again - his purpose is served, he earned a couple of dollars in affiliate commission.
