You can't EVER delete a Google Analytics profile... unless you're the admin.
Over the years numerous people have given me access to their Google Analytics accounts. I then end up buying their site and changing their analytics code or ... not buying their sites.
For all the sites I ended up not buying I still have those profiles listed in my GA account. Some of the site owners (admins) have stopped my access. Others have forgotten to stop my access. That's their problem. But my GA is now so cluttered I want to delete several of those.
Guess what?! I can't. I can't delete the ones that are showing stats, I can't delete the ones that are now blocked.
And I'm not alone. People have been complaining about this at Google for years ... and it's still not fixed.
Anyone know a way around it? I've got so many profiles in there for so many sites that it's a real pain.
