Announcing A New Admin For These Forums

Hi everyone,

For a while now I've been hoping to pass on some of my admin duties. Our moderators do an incredible job and I am always embarrassed to ask any of them to take on more responsibilities.

But today I'm delighted to announce that one of our moderators, KenW3, has kindly volunteered to make a large amount of time available every week to perform admin functions and assist me with maintaining the standards we strive for on these forums.

Those of you who have read his posts will have absolutely no doubt about his abilities and his commitment to these forums. Apart from public posts I've had hundreds of communications with him in the moderator forum and by PM and I believe he'll do an excellent job. I am personally delighted at his appointment.

I request you support him, be nice to him and appreciate his voluntarily devoting so much of his time to assist others here, attract new members and, among other things, continue with the moderation work he was previously doing. I don't get it right 100% of the time and he won't either, but perhaps you'll extend the same good humour and understanding towards him that you have shown towards me.

Just to be clear, I'm not going away, but now that we have Ken as joint admin I can take a few days off now and again.

I don't know how anyone finds extra time these days, but I rekon Ken will be a great addition to the admin team. He has been a great mod and very informative. One of the main reasons I hang around this place is I am continuing to learn from other members and the mods. With such a great depth of wisdom on these forums I can see that my education will continue for a long time to come.

I keep meaning to post in the what took your earnings to the next level thread, that a big part of that was this forum. It has certainly played a role in recent success

Thanks Ken for offering your time to do something which enriches my internet. Thanks to all our mods and of course Clinton, but the new admin gets special treatment in this post.
Much gratitude and I hope its an interesting experience for yourself as well.
