I'm not sure if it's funny or just sad - but amusing nonetheless.
Check out how many offers it has had.

Do you mind me asking why you would want a value for this? Current exact search and CPC, given the other metrics, would suggest less than a hundred dollars, with a wholesale around ten or fifteen, but that will drop in value as the program it supports has ended. All of the offers for this were from April 2010, over a year and a half ago, when that stimulus program was still running, except one new pending bid. The adviser czar isn't even a member of the Obama administration any more.
eBay often has domain names with silly asking prices, as people offering eight figure names on eBay do not understand domaining. Are you, by any chance, the pending bid? If so, what would you use this for? Currently, ebay has about 35 listings for domains priced over twenty million, half of which are trademark violations. I vote for sadas even writing to the person who listed this or any of the others (with seven or eight-figure domain name auctions) would not help them one bit.
