    Website sale opinions please

I created a site, tipitgirls.com, and an iPhone app but am unsure of the next step.

My background is product design, including patents and stuff. This website is modeled after a pattern I noticed with my wife and her friends (in their 20s and 30s).

Since my strength is only in the design phase, I now am in the process of creating several large projects and do not have the time nor resources to move Tip It Girls along. It is kinda sad. I cannot program myself and it really needs a programmer to maintain it.

I am trying to sell the site on Flippa for cost, but I will not give it away.

    Any suggestions?

Looks good and active! Have you tried monetizing it?

Is it active, or is that a an auto-repeat of the same dozen "tips"?

hahndds, welcome to experienced-people.net. Could you tell us why people should buy your site rather than duplicating your idea by creating a copycat site? Have you acquired a large number of app downloads, for example? Or some revenue streams?

The site is active and has about 400 users so far.
To make the site, the app, the video and everything else that went into it was over 10k. Sure, you can also copy facebook, groupon, etc.
Save yourself some time copying it and just buy it
I have iAds on app and add locations on the site that are not yet being used.
Just don't have the time it needs right now to move it forward at the rate I would like.
