We don't actually carry over reported revenue stats when someone re-lists. The chart shows what the user has entered manually.
That's not what he means.
If you look at the two charts you'll see that the dates are in different order. In one it goes month 1, month 2, month 3 etc. and the second one it goes month 3, month 2, month 1.
I think I've seen that issue before, so I would assume it's just been fixed on your side to show the graph in chronological order rather than backwards (I know you guys are in Australia, but the rest of us count our numbers forward)
Hmm, that's not what I'm seeing. The X axis labels every other month, so it's Dec, Feb, Apr, Jun, Aug, Oct in the first listing, and Jan, Mar, May, Jul, Sept, Nov in the other.
As far as I can tell, that's still going forwards. Or did moving to Australia really flip everything not only upside-down, but right-to-left as well?![]()
Right to left.... are you originally from North America?

The numbers themselves have changed. The two charts cover the same 11 month period i.e. they have 11 months of overlap.
But look at the figures. The profit for Oct, for example, is different in both the charts. Are we talking about different years, different businesses or a seller who's a bit "confused" about the figures? Either his profits are going down or up, I can't understand how they are doing both at the same time.
This is Peter from BlogSuccess.com. The order of revenue details had been entered incorrectly in the original listing. During the relisting process yesterday we corrected this and entered them in the right order from January 2011 to December 2011. If you need more info about the business for sale, let me know. Thanks. Peter.
Hi bittersweet, and welcome to experienced-people.net. Could you expand on what the original mistake was in entering the earnings? The reason I ask is because the corrections have completely changed the shape of the graph substantially increasing the earnings in the earlier months and decreasing them in the later months. But the picture isn't an exact inverse, there are individual variations within the trend.
For a site that claims $12K a month in net profit the bidding seems surprisingly lethargic, the previous auction went up to only $20,000 or less than two months' earnings. Do you have any theories on why that's the case?
The original and incorrect order was November 2011 to December 2010.
The present and completely correct order is January 2011 to December 2011.
Hope this helps.
Peter.
