Clearly a site with a short term future ahead of it and inconsistent (yet growing) revenue history.
I bring it up because I know this site would sell for a low multiple of revenue but I thought the seller did a good job answering bidders questions as well as providing better than average documentation for his earnings. I think he did well in maximizing the final selling price through Flippa.
Your thoughts?
If only all sellers took the time and trouble! He even created videos, got all the main stats together etc.
I thought he must have a lot of experience listing at Flippa. So I had a look lower down the page and it says he's a NEW user!

What is KFS?
KFS is KillerFlippingSecrets.com. The course has a couple parts that are a bit dated, but is well worth the cost - especially considering the source.
Yep, that's right. Myself and Bryan wrote it back in May 2010 and then sold the whole course to Chris Yates and David Gass (on this forum as visiongroup). Most of the info is still decent and I still recommend it, despite not owning it, nor being credited for the work anymore.
