Be careful about buying domains. A typical newbie mistake is to go buying heaps of them for a big project they envisage and then they can't keep up with developing them all. Either they end up letting the domains drop or they end up paying for the renewal costs year after year. I know - I've done it myself!

I have a couple of sites, easily within your budget, which you may be interested in but I'm reluctant to suggest them to you because I'm worried that you would be chasing me every five minutes wanting me to help you with them.

I think you should take a deep breath, stop being so impatient to become a website owner, spend a week reading the info available on EP, and then move forward from that. Otherwise I can only see you leaping into something that isn't right for you and then you'll be spending most of your time on here asking for help with all the problems you've created for yourself. Sorry if that sounds harsh but it's highly unlikely that you can go from zero to hero on the Internet in only a few days.
More Menu Madness - it makes you want to ask for the "check please".

I'll echo what Kay has said as it makes great sense, be careful of over spending on a domain. I strongly suggest you research domain buying so you know what you are looking for the time spent will pay of ten fold. As example most domains on auction are dogs, they are dropping because they were never viable or at least there was never much right about them and you may as well register a new one.
If however you know what to look for, I found a domain for $210 in my niche with 800 back links that was 5th in google for my keyword the day I put a site up. Now how to find such a creature is an entirely different topic and would take hours to explain properly. However if you go do some research and come back with relevant questions, myself and those more in the know than me will be happy to help I am certain.
