Can anyone recommend a cheap copywriter?

I recently built a site for a friend of mine, one of my BJJ instructors. Against my advice he copied (with permission) the site used by a successful martial artist who does a hard sell approach. If I showed you the site you'd recognise everything about it, it's properly cringeworthy. The site has also been used by at least one other person that I know about and there may well be more versions of it floating around.

I also set up a small PPC campaign for him which has now been suspended for 'poor landing page quality'. I have very limited experience with that since it never happens to me normally but I'm pretty sure the dup content is the problem. I've recommended to him that he completely rewrite the copy so he's looking for a cheap copywriter. Can anyone recommend one?
