Legal Issues - NDA, Contract etc.
Just in case some new buyers don't know - you need not shell out money to buy these documents. Both an NDA and a contract are available on Clinton's site for free. You can download the txt file and modify to your requirements by inserting the domain name etc.

Maybe it's worth having a prominent link on the front page or a stickied thread about documents?

OK, hooperman, I'll sticky this. Any other links to legal documents or other related matters are welcome in this thread.

I've found Sitepoint's contract. It's $97 but you get a free NDA. I haven't seen the docs so don't know if they have something that's not in my free versions above.

Don't know how good it is, but this site sells a contract for a lot less than the Sitepoint one - $12.95.
This may be a useful thread too.

I have signed a non-compete when I've sold websites in the past but I am careful to limit the language to only include not competing with that particular website because I never know if I will be buying and running a site in that industry at a future date. Does anyone have good language for a non-compete that does this?
