Latonas Dropping There Valuations on Some sites

I see latona's has dropped the valuation on some sites. Even under 2 year multiples.

Maybe there seeing the light ?

I hope so. They have some great listings, but the prices are completely unreasonable.

I just went on his site and I do agree that he appears to have some great sites. But quite frankly, I don't see any sites under a 2 year mutiple to net earnings. Maybe you meant gross? For the most part, they're ridiculous in my view. There's one that nets 18K and they're asking 327.9K (18x) !

I'd like to say that Latona's doesn't value sites. The seller's do. What Latona's does is police the inventory to maintain a certain level of quality. We do our best to advise clients on a selling price but ultimately it is up to the seller. I don't think it's entirely fair to judge me or my company on the seller's asking prices.

The truth of the matter is that we do sell sites at or close to the asking prices, often. We also sell them far below the asking prices, from time to time. Those buyers who have the courage to make offers, are often pleasantly surprised.

Hi Rick, welcome to experienced-people.net. We've chatted privately and it's great to have you here. Several other brokers are also members here - from websiteproperties to WSYS to FlippingEnterprises.

Do you maintain stats for selling prices and/or average multiples that sites sell for ... and are these based on gross or net figures?
Find the right business brokers to maximise the value you extract from your business and improve the chances of selling your business.

Rick with all the high prices, I have never even bothered looking to offer anthing for any of the properties. Now with you saying that I may have a rethink and check your inventory again.
And they thought me broken, that my tongue was coated lead, but I just couldn't make my words make sense to them, if you only listen with your ears ... I can't get in

    Brian,

I'm happy to be here and I'll try to stop by once a day to answer any questions people have.

We do maintain all of those things but have yet to publish them. I will eventually but not yet.

    Grynge,

Let me know when you are ready. I'm happy to have one of my brokers do the leg work for you.

Rick I went to your site and instantly remembered why I don't visit any more you don't allow anyone to view the pages if they have js turned off.

    Grynge,

Thank you for the feedback. Let me talk with my tech team and I'll circle back with a response.
