Where to Sell A Quality Website?

I'm looking to make this a "library" thread and would appreciate your help with suggestions.

If we compile a list of places that focus on quality websites I'll promote this thread to attract direct traffic from people looking to sell quality websites and I'll link to it from other relevant locations I own i.e. I'll drive the right website sellers to this page.

It'll help the one-off sellers out there to list in the right kind of places (and maybe save them a ton of money), it would help us in our search for quality, established, profit-making sites and it would leave newbies to concentrate on marketplaces that specialise in turnkeys and templates.

    Your suggestions please.

Thanks benitez17, yeah this site as well. Small fly in that ointment: new members can't advertise their sales in the relevant BSTE section. That's an anti-spam measure and, sorry, but removing that restriction will get all kinds of junk in. I tried it and got inundated.

But I'll make this offer to new members: I'll list your site under my name if it's a premium domain or a well established site likely to interest our typical reader. No, as usual, there'll be no charge! This a free everything site. You'll get exposure to real buyers, buyers of higher value sites (rather than the $500 templates) and you'll be dealing with people who won't need your hand holding all through the process and calling on you for phone support for months and months after the sale.

To avail drop me a PM or email webmaster at this domain.

A free for all in this section of the forum isn't what I was suggesting. Flippa needs some competiton badly, and the market is wide open for someonw who has something besides a Flippa clone in mind and/or already has a position in the industry. I'll post more in the relevant thread you opened today rather than taking this too far off topic.

BusinessesForSale - but you do need to use Advanced search and there's no automated way to filter out those businesses in the "Internet" section that aren't physical businesses with a shop front.

http://www.websitebroker.com/ is getting quite good. They charge $9.95 to list a site or domain ...and there is no success fee.

I once contacted Sunbelt Network and they have representatives from Singapore. I thought the website sales can be done over the Internet but I was asked to go all the way to their office to talk to them about selling website to them.
