I have been spending more time trying to look through Digital Point even though it worries me more. I am primarily looking for anything with age and earning a profit. If I were going by the recommendations of doing what you like, I would look for beer, whisky, cigar, biology, chemistry, technical (someone on here has a site about vacuum tubes which I think is pretty cool), cooking, health, woodworking, travel, ecology, etc. And while that list seems longs (and I could certainly add more interests) I am finding it hard to find anything along those lines.

The name matches login etc. The problem I have is:
A) they are from pakistan and I don't know what that entails
B) they have 6 links(most Pakistani)
c) No pagerank
D) they are saying around 1000 uniques a month yet they are claiming $300+ profits minus hosting. Now I know that would be damn near impossible with adsense but do Template selling sites make that much?
E)Almost half traffic is from other (I'm guessing Pakistani)
F) Some (around 8-10%) traffic is direct but that is a long name and analytics says 92% traffic is new.
G)over 80% is with google but there is hardly any text so isn't that what is considered a thin affiliate?
I guess the problem I have is that it is a template site of which there are tons of and also tons of free templates.
Is this viable?
