Bah! Alexa. I've had more arguments about that idiocy than I care to remember. Anyway, apart from the fact that it's biased towards users with the Alexa toolbar, it's also got quite a strong US bias - same as Quantcast et al. If your sites aren't aimed at an American audience or a webmastery-type, then the stats are not just misleading, they're downright annoying and damaging because they can put potential advertisers off your site.
