Hi,
I am new to this forum and website.
The reason I have signed up is that I am seeking advice on selling my website. Here is some information.
WhyYork.co.uk.
>
> We are an online business directory for York. Its free to list on the website, however we do offer combined online (Homepage Ads, Monthly Newsletter, Featured Listings, Video) and offline packages (Feature on 10,000 Flyers distributed around York + Dedicated Leaflet drops) <snip link>
> Website Stats:
> Website is 1 year old.
> On average 1,600-2,000 unique visits per month. These are driven by local search terms usually with the word York in the search query
> 280 Businesses registered on the website
> Ranked well on Google & Alexa, given the sites age. For example Free Advertising York is ranked on Page one near the top. PR=2
> Turnover for last year was £5K based on 10-12 hours effort per week
> Business Models are designed to generate 70-80% profit.

> WhyYork Video Advert + YouTube Channel
> Training on the above
> Existing Customer Base + Access Database System.
