    Introducing TV for Geeks

Tired of stupid, cheesy cats and kids falling off their bikes? Slashdot introduces TV for geeks. On their blog:

You may have noticed that we've posted quite a few original videos on Slashdot in the past few months. Rather than being the work of a few rogue editors with newly-acquired Christmas cameras, this was part of the groundwork for a new site we're launching today. SlashdotTV, found at http://tv.slashdot.org, will let you easily find and watch all of our videos in one convenient location. In addition to Slashdot content, you also can watch videos from our sister sites, SourceForge and ThinkGeek.
They allow embedding of the videos, but aren't accepting contributions (AFAIK).

/. was the first social site to have the power to send so many visitors it would take your site down. The /. effect preceded the Digg effect by several centuries.
Find the right business brokers to maximise the value you extract from your business and improve the chances of selling your business.

For the ultimate in Geek TV for anyone who doesn't object to 'freeing' up Apple products I'd say invest in a jailbroken Apple Tv 2 box (about 150).

In addition to the regular benefits of Apple TV, you get access to hundreds of internet only channels via a TV and your remote control (great if youre not enough of a geek to have a bluetooth keyboard for your TV). You can watch things like techcrunch TV, engadget and all the other online shows just like you would watch normal TV.
