caracolcream.com on Flippa doesn't smell right

This listing.

His site sells a product - caracol cream and he's selling the business along with stock (36K) jars of the cream. Caracol is an anti-ageing cream.

However, if you go to his site he has a warning in red text telling visitors that there have been some regulatory changes and the main ingredient in this cream has been banned and that once current stock is sold out there won't be any more.

He forgot to mention that in the Flippa listing. Just thought it looked fishy.

A quick search around provides a lot of negative info about the dishonest and somewhat unprofessional claims of the websites selling it, and I can't find any info about a specific ban. Looks as if the claim is just another way of pretending it's an 'unrepeatable offer'.

If that doesn't raise concern about the honesty of the seller, it must at least sound alarm bells about the reasons behind current sales levels and the drop off that could be expected in future sales.
